Palatella & Associates is an experienced real estate appraisal company in San Diego, California. Our veteran staff offers a broad range of appraisal services. We can provide appraisals for loans, whether for sale or refinance, estate settlement, divorce, insurance, relocation, eminent domain or other purposes.
 
Our specialty is high-value luxury residential property in San Diego County. Our main focus is San Diego’s coastal areas, but we are available for appraisals throughout the county. Each and every appraisal we produce receives the same attention to detail, and is personally vetted by Frank Palatella, the owner of the company and a seasoned high value property appraiser.

Many clients have little understanding of their needs, and often do not understand the appraisal process, nor the options that are available to them. We would be happy to spend some time with any client to explain the process and answer any questions.
 
We also have an extensive network of fellow appraisers to offer as referrals, in the event of a client’s needs exceeding our capacity, or for property types that are not our specialty. This willingness to offer a client the “best fit” is one of the features that sets us apart for most companies. We realize that the clients needs come first, and always keep that as the focus of our practice. We do not accept any compensation in the event of a referral, from either party. Over time, we feel this will best serve our clients, while building our reputation as an honest business.
